Services Provided:

 

• Properly Post your land in accordance with PA House Bill 1772 Guidelines (Purple Paint Line).

 

• Provide Land Owner with easily understandable documents including:  Unknown Vehicle Document, Unknown Persons Document, Trespass Fee Document, Trespass Vehicle Notice.

 

• Represent Property Owner (when applicable and if requested) in discussions with suspected Trespassers.

 

• Maintain a Hunting/Recreations Roster of all permitted persons on Property Owner’s land (as applicable).

 

• Walk land yearly and provide a Property Report.

 

• Provide a Liability Waiver to Property Owner for anyone that is permitted on property for Recreation/Hunting.

 

• Provide guidance on Sick or Wounded animals.

 

• Additional Services on a fee for service request.
